Ma question ressemble à celle-ci - mais non, apt-get update ne fait rien pour moi.

La solution consiste à vérifier que les sources logicielles incluent des mises à jour, comme suit:

$ Sudo vi /etc/apt/sources.list
$ #add the following two lines to sources.list for raring-updates

 deb http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted
 deb-src http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main restricted
+deb http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted
+deb-src http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main restricted

$ Sudo apt-get update
$ apt-cache policy libssl-dev

Vous devriez voir une sortie comprenant raring-updates

$ Sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

Devrait travailler cette fois!
