L'ordre d'amorçage change automatiquement

J'ai un ordinateur portable à double démarrage sous Ubuntu 16.04 et Windows. Mon chargeur de démarrage est GRUB, j'ai un GUID Partition Table (GPT) et mon système d'exploitation est installé à l'aide de UEFI. L'ordre de démarrage par défaut est:

  1. Ubuntu, qui démarre sur GRUB

  2. Gestionnaire de démarrage de Windows

Par défaut, je démarre sur GRUB, puis je choisis entre Ubuntu et Windows.

Mon problème est que lorsque j'ai un support de stockage USB branché lors du démarrage ou du redémarrage de mon ordinateur portable, la commande de démarrage change et le gestionnaire de démarrage Windows démarre en premier et démarre directement sous Windows.
