Comment puis-je réparer une erreur interdite 403 lors de l'utilisation d'un PPA ou de la mise à jour de mes listes de paquets?

Comment pourrais-je le réparer? Depuis que je voudrais mettre à jour mon système d'exploitation d'Ubunt 14.04 à 16.04
Je pense que la solution est simple - désactiver les référentiels non existants ( opt-qt57-xenial et opt-qt57-trusty ):
Sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:beineri/opt-qt57-xenial
Sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:beineri/opt-qt57-trusty
Sudo apt-get update
Ajoutez ensuite Qt 5.7.1 PPA existant si vous avez besoin de cette version:
Sudo add-apt-repository ppa:beineri/opt-qt571-trusty
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
