Comment lire une valeur de noeud unique à partir d'un fichier xml

Salut, j'essaie d'obtenir une valeur de xml, mais il montre le noeud null.

Voici mon fichier XML.

Je veux obtenir "MailingGUID" value.

UPDATE: Je pense que vos schémas ont peut-être un problème, j'ai supprimé les références à ceux-ci et votre code a bien fonctionné. J'ai essayé ceci:
