EPPlus - Comment utiliser un modèle

J'ai récemment découvert EPPlus ( http://epplus.codeplex.com/ ). J'ai un fichier Excel .xlsx dans mon projet avec tous les en-têtes de colonne stylisés. J'ai lu sur leur site que vous pouvez utiliser des modèles.

Est-ce que quelqu'un sait ou peut fournir un exemple de code sur la façon d'utiliser mon fichier template.xlsx avec EPPlus? Je voudrais pouvoir simplement charger mes données dans les lignes sans déranger les en-têtes.
