Couleur de remplissage SVG ne fonctionne pas

Je suis nouveau dans l'utilisation des SVG et je ne peux pas comprendre ce que je fais mal ici. Pour la plupart d'entre eux, si je veux changer de couleur, j'utilise:

svg path {
   fill: blue;
}

Mais pour celui-ci - et d'autres que j'ai rencontrés - pour une raison quelconque, cela ne fonctionne pas.
