ne peux pas installer libpq-dev dans Ubuntu 14.04

Je ne peux pas installer libpq-dev pour postgresql, j'ai essayé

Sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

et sortie

Problème résolu!

J'ai résolu ceci avec remove libpq5:

Sudo apt-get remove libpq5
Sudo apt-get install libpq-dev
