Faire une erreur en installant Netgen 5.3.1 sur Ubuntu 16.04

Quelqu'un peut-il aider à résoudre le make error que j'ai reçu lors de l'installation Netgen 5.3.1 . NETGEN est un générateur automatique de maillage tétraédrique 3d. Le résumé du message d'erreur est:

Netgen 4.9.13 est emballé sous Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Donc, le moyen le plus simple serait d'obtenir ses dépendances de construction avec

Sudo apt-get build-dep netgen

et ensuite procédez comme vous le faites

tar -xf netgen-5.3.1.tar.gz
cd netgen-5.3.1
./configure --with-sysroot=/usr/lib/ --with-tcl=/usr/lib/tcl8.5/ --with-tk=/usr/lib/tk8.5/ --with-togl=/usr/lib/ --with-metis=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ --enable-nglib
make -j5

La réponse ci-dessus de NOrbert a résolu le problème avec make; et Sudo make install a également fonctionné. Sudo apt-get build-dep netgen nécessite la sélection de "Code source" dans "Logiciel Ubuntu" .

Il s’avère qu’un bogue dans le code Netgen pouvait être résolu @ "Opcode majeur de la requête ayant échoué: 155 (GLX)" Netgen 5.3.1 et Netgen 4.9.13 sur Ubunt :

Par conséquent, éditez le fichier /opt/netgen/bin/drawing.tcl à la ligne 14:

changez -indirect true en -indirect false

Cela nécessite d'accéder au code source avec des autorisations, utilisez:

Sudo nano /opt/netgen/bin/drawing.tcl

Netgen a commencé à se charger mais est requis mises à jour de certains paquets :

Netgen ne s'exécutait toujours pas dans la ligne de commande avec netgen &!, alors j'ai trouvé netgen ne démarre pas sous Ubuntu 14.04 LTS , pour l'exécuter dans le répertoire:

/opt/netgen/bin en utilisant ./netgen. Cela a ensuite fonctionné avec succès Netgen!
