Obtenir le programme "repo"?

J'essaie de suivre les instructions de http://developer.mips.com/Android/android-source-code/ pour installer un environnement de développement Android sur mon Ubuntu 12. mais il me manque le programme repo

Pourriez-vous me dire comment je l'obtiens activé?
