Obtenir le chemin du fichier et le nom du fichier de l'image de la galerie sélectionnée dans Android

Je crée une application qui télécharge une image sélectionnée de la galerie et la télécharge sur un service Web. Le service Web nécessite le nom de fichier de l'image sélectionnée, ainsi qu'un codage base64 du contenu du fichier. J'ai réussi à atteindre cet objectif avec un chemin de fichier codé en dur. Cependant, je me bats pour obtenir le chemin de fichier réel de l'image. J'ai lu sur le Web et j'ai ce code, mais ça ne marche pas pour moi:

J'ai oublié de mentionner que j'utilise KitKat. Il semble que mon problème est lié à KitKat. J'ai trouvé ceci (voir ci-dessous) qui m'a aidé à faire fonctionner mon application:

Si vous êtes comme moi et que vous n'avez pas de fichier local prêt, par exemple, vous voulez donner à l'utilisateur une chance de prendre une photo, puis de télécharger la photo, voici comment le faire . avoir beaucoup d'expérience dans le codage . Stackoverflow m'a aidé à allouer alors maintenant il est temps de faire quelque chose en retour.

Sous activité de classe, vous devez déclarer ces deux éléments . Comme si vous aviez une classe de téléchargement et un script php en état de marche.

NOTE Je ne prends pas en considération toutes les différentes API là-bas. J'utilise le compilateur Java 1.7 et une plage d'API de 10 à 18.
