Remplacer efficacement tous les caractères accentués dans une chaîne?

Pour que le pauvre implémente le tri correct near -collation-right côté client, j'ai besoin d'une fonction JavaScript qui remplace efficient un caractère unique dans une chaîne.

Voici ce que je veux dire (notez que cela s’applique au texte allemand, les autres langues s’arrangent différemment):

 le tri natif se trompe: un classement correct serait: a ä b o ö u ü z 

Fondamentalement, j'ai besoin que toutes les occurrences de "ä" d'une chaîne donnée soient remplacées par "a" (et ainsi de suite). De cette manière, le résultat du tri natif serait très proche de ce à quoi un utilisateur s'attendrait (ou à ce qu'une base de données renverrait). 

D'autres langues ont des installations pour faire cela: Python fournit str.translate() , dans Perl il y a tr/…/…/ , XPath a une fonction translate() , ColdFusion a ReplaceList() . Mais qu'en est-il de JavaScript?

Pour commencer, je n'aime pas le fait que la regex soit reconstruite chaque fois que j'appelle la fonction. J'imagine qu'une fermeture peut aider à cet égard, mais je ne semble pas comprendre pour une raison quelconque.

Quelqu'un peut-il penser à quelque chose de plus efficace?

Je ne peux pas parler de ce que vous essayez de faire spécifiquement avec la fonction elle-même, mais si vous n'aimez pas la regex construite à chaque fois, voici deux solutions et quelques mises en garde à propos de chacune.

Cela fera évidemment de la regex une propriété de la fonction elle-même. La seule chose que vous n'aimeriez peut-être pas à ce propos (ou cela dépend, je suppose que cela dépend) est que l'expression régulière peut maintenant être modifiée en dehors du corps de la fonction. Ainsi, quelqu'un pourrait faire cela pour modifier la regex utilisée en interne:

makeSortString.translate_re = /[a-z]/g;

Donc, il y a cette option.

Une façon d’obtenir une fermeture, et d’empêcher ainsi que quelqu'un modifie l'expression régulière, serait de définir cela comme une attribution de fonction anonyme, comme ceci:

La terminologie correcte pour de tels accents est Diacritics. Après avoir googlé ce terme, j'ai trouvé cette fonction qui fait partie de backbone.paginator. Il possède une collection très complète de signes diacritiques et les remplace par leur caractère ascii le plus intuitif. J'ai trouvé que c'était la solution Javascript la plus complète disponible à ce jour.

Basé sur la solution de Jason Bunting, voici ce que j'utilise maintenant. 

Le tout concerne le plug-in jQuery tablesorter : pour trier (presque correctement) les tables non anglaises avec le plug-in tablesorter, il est nécessaire d'utiliser une fonction personnalisée textExtraction

Celui-là:

  • traduit les lettres accentuées les plus courantes en lettres non accentuées (la liste des lettres prises en charge est facilement extensible)
  • change les dates au format allemand ('dd.mm.yyyy') en un format reconnu ('yyyy-mm-dd')

Veillez à enregistrer le fichier JavaScript au format UTF-8, sinon cela ne fonctionnera pas.

Deux choses se passent ici:

  1. normalize()ing to NFD La forme normale Unicode décompose les graphèmes combinés en une combinaison de graphèmes simples. Le è de Crème finit par être exprimé par e + ̀.

Si vous recherchez spécifiquement un moyen de convertir les caractères accentués en caractères non accentués, plutôt qu'un moyen de trier les caractères accentués avec un peu de précision, la fonction String.localeCompare peut être manipulée pour rechercher les caractères latins de base correspondant au ceux étendus. Cela devrait fonctionner assez bien, mais si une optimisation supplémentaire était nécessaire, une recherche binaire pourrait être utilisée avec localeCompare comme comparateur pour localiser le caractère de base. Notez que la casse est préservée et que les options permettent de conserver, de remplacer ou de supprimer les caractères qui ne sont pas alphabétiques ou dont les caractères latins ne peuvent pas être remplacés. Cette implémentation est plus rapide et plus flexible et devrait fonctionner avec de nouveaux personnages au fur et à mesure de leur ajout. Ceci convertit la plupart des caractères Unicode latin1 + 2. Il est impossible de traduire un seul caractère en plusieurs caractères. Je ne connais pas ses performances sur JS. En Java, c’est de loin la solution la plus rapide (6-50x), il n’ya pas de carte, il n’ya pas de regex, rien. Il produit une sortie stricte ASCII, éventuellement avec une perte d'informations, mais la taille de la sortie correspond à l'entrée.

J'ai testé le fragment avec http://www.webtoolkitonline.com/javascript-tester.html et il a généré Supa, co? lstczyaoa?? comme prévu.

Pas une seule réponse ne mentionne String.localeCompare , ce qui arrive à faire exactement ce que vous vouliez au départ, mais pas ce que vous demandez.

Les deuxième et troisième paramètres ne sont toutefois pas pris en charge par les anciens navigateurs. C'est une option qui mérite néanmoins d'être envisagée.

Si vous souhaitez effectuer un tri où "ä" vient après "a" et n'est pas traité comme identique, vous pouvez utiliser une fonction comme la mienne.

Vous pouvez toujours changer l’alphabet pour obtenir des tris différents ou même étranges. Toutefois, si vous souhaitez que certaines lettres soient équivalentes, vous devez manipuler des chaînes telles que a = a.replace(/ä/, 'a') ou similaire, car beaucoup ont déjà répondu ci-dessus. J'ai inclus les lettres majuscules si quelqu'un veut avoir tous les mots majuscules avant tous les mots minuscules (alors vous devez omettre .toLowerCase()).
