mysql_upgrade a échoué - les tables innodb n'existent pas?

Je suis en train de mettre à niveau ma base de données de conteneurs docker mysql-5.5 vers un conteneur docker mysql-5.6. J'ai pu résoudre tous les autres problèmes. Enfin, mon serveur fonctionne avec 5.6. Mais lorsque j'exécute mysql_upgrade, j'obtiens l'erreur suivante.

Il s'agit d'un bogue connu de MySQL 5.6, il est documenté ici .

Selon les réponses au rapport de bogue, vous pouvez créer manuellement les tables manquantes. La structure des tables manquantes est fournie en pièce jointe ici .

Étapes à suivre:

1) Supprimez ces tables de Mysql:

 innodb_index_stats
 innodb_table_stats
 slave_master_info
 slave_relay_log_info
 slave_worker_info

2) Supprimer *.frm et *.ibd fichiers pour les 5 tableaux ci-dessus.

3) Créez les tables en exécutant les requêtes suivantes:

J'ai pu résoudre ce problème en supprimant /var/lib/mysql/ibdata* fichiers de l'ancien conteneur (5.5). Je copie du contenu dans /var/lib/mysql répertoire de mon ancien conteneur (5.5) vers le nouveau conteneur (5.6) /var/lib/mysql. Ça marche si je saute la copie /var/lib/mysql/ibdata* fichier.

Trouvé que ce sont des tables ajoutées/supprimées dans mysql-5.6. La copie/l'utilisation d'anciens fichiers ibdata entraîne une incohérence avec les tables innodb et les fichiers ibdata. Bien que les fichiers .frm, .idb soient présents, en raison de l'ancien ibdata son échec.

Comme mentionné dans ce link , a essayé de supprimer ce fichier et mysql_upgrade s'est terminé avec succès.

Les fichiers de données ibdata * créés par mysql_install_db sont corrompus et doivent être mis à la corbeille avant de démarrer mysqld!

J'ai eu les erreurs "la table n'existe pas" en essayant de faire une sauvegarde de ma base de données. J'ai pu utiliser FRANKLIN's Script MariaDb après avoir effectué ces étapes, requis en raison d'erreurs telles que

ERROR 1813 (HY000): Tablespace '`mysql`.`slave_worker_info`' exists.

Les marches:

  1. Copiez engine_cost.frm (Sélection arbitraire) comme chaque fichier .frm Associé

  2. Exécutez mysql -p mysql Pour démarrer l'interpréteur de commandes.

  3. Déposez chaque table.

  4. Quittez l'interpréteur de commandes.

  5. Arrêtez le serveur de base de données.

  6. Supprimez les fichiers orphelins .ibd.

  7. Redémarrez le serveur de base de données.

  8. Exécutez le script de FRANKLIN pour créer les tables manquantes.
