Sélectionnez Performance sur Mariadb Galera Cluster vs. Mariadb est terrible

Nous évaluons une configuration de Galera et nous n'avons pas remarqué à de nombreux inconvénients, sauf quelques requêtes qui ont des performances de lecture terribles, je ne peux pas mettre mon doigt dessus.

La requête en soi n'est pas vraiment optimisée mais elle revient moins de 0,20 seconde sur la boîte de production. Et prend plusieurs minutes sur une configuration de Beefy Galera 3-Node. (sur beaucoup de matériel plus résistant au cœur).

Les versions sont pour Galera:

mysqld  Ver 10.0.16-MariaDB-1~trusty-wsrep-log for

et pour la "vieille" machine prod

Lorsque nous courons cela sur le cluster Galera, le ralentissement est fou:

Straceing Ce processus montre que le processus est assez occupé mais l'utilisation de la CPU et l'utilisation de la mémoire est faible (3%, 2%), je m'attendrais à ce que les performances soient alignées avec la machine de production (qui est également très occupée pendant que les nœuds de la galeera se produisent. rien du tout)

Certaines configuration de serveur vars, chaque nœud Galera comporte 12gigs de RAM pendant que la machine Prod n'a que 4g

Je comprends les optimisations de la requête, alors il y a beaucoup à dire à propos de faire écrire les développeurs d'écrire de meilleures requêtes, mais comme un administrateur de systèmes, je dois être en mesure d'expliquer pourquoi une requête sous-optimale fonctionne tellement mieux sur le non-Galera DB. 5 minutes est un très long temps vs 0.17ms.

La base de données a été importée à partir de l'ancien serveur, importée bien sans avertissements. Afaik, l'explication est exactement la même, probablement la principale raison pour laquelle je me tourne vers la pile. Le contenu diffère un peu, mais la divergence entre la mise en scène et la production est due au temps et cela s'est déjà produit depuis l'importation de toute façon.

Tous les nœuds Galera présentent également le même comportement. Au moins c'est cohérent.

Je prends toujours le même noeud pour obtenir ces informations.

Cela pourrait aussi être un fait intéressant, les bâtons de requête dans la table CPY à TEMP pendant le retard

Après avoir commuté le cache par suggestion (qui ressemble à une valeur par défaut sur 14.04 Ubuntu), j'ai réussi à accélérer considérablement mais toujours pas acceptable pour une transaction Web. C'est un début, je n'ai pas réalisé que cela pourrait avoir un tel effet.

J'ai réussi à résoudre celui-ci - pour la plupart en modifiant quelques paramètres. Apparemment, il semble que la base de données doit se réchauffer en ouvrant les tables au moins une fois. C'est un comportement que je connais depuis MySQL 5 avec beaucoup de tables et de bases de données.

La requête fonctionne toujours lentement quand c'est la première fois qu'elle exécute (table cache IS OFF). En modifiant les paramètres ci-dessous, cela ne se produit que sur la première manche de la requête. Toute tentative supplémentaire de fonctionner après cela ne l'exhère pas à ce ralentissement. Les paramètres suivants ont aidé

[mysqld_safe]
open-files-limit = 65535

Et

Je crois que la raison est que l'information_scheme est le goulot d'étranglement ici. Afaik, un problème connu lorsqu'il a beaucoup de tables autour.
