Impossible de démarrer l'instance, obtenant l'erreur suivante.
$ nova reboot <instance-name>

nova reboot --hard Instance_Name
a travaillé pour moi.
Après avoir tapé cette commande, j'ai reçu
Request to reboot Server ( Server:Instance_Name) has been accepted.
Mon instance a commencé à courir à l'époque.
