Comment corriger l'erreur "ERREUR: commande erronée avec l'état de sortie 1: python." lorsque vous essayez d'installer Django-heroku en utilisant pip

J'essaie d'installer Django-heroku en utilisant pip, mais il continue de rencontrer une erreur.

J'ai vu des suggestions me disant de m'assurer que ma version python dans heroku est à jour. Je l'ai déjà fait. Après avoir poussé vers heroku master, j'ai exécuté la commande d'installation mais cela me donne la erreurs suivantes.

pip install Django-heroku

Vous devez ajouter le package contenant l'exécutable pg_config. la réponse précédente doit contenir les détails dont vous avez besoin: exécutable pg_config introuvable
