Comment puis-je afficher la version de mon carnet Jupyter et exécuter des cellules dans les carnets Jupyter? J'ai une erreur: mauvais interprète

J'ai installé Anaconda et j'utilise les environnements conda et la commande conda pour installer des logiciels.

Quand je tape: jupyter notebook --version

Je reçois l'erreur suivante:

Je peux ouvrir un bloc-notes Jupyter en tapant: jupyter notebook xyz.ipynb mais je ne peux pas exécuter de cellules. La cellule est marquée avec * après son exécution. Bientôt, ce message apparaît dans une boîte de dialogue:

The kernel has died, and the automatic restart has failed. It is possible the kernel cannot be restarted. If you are not able to restart the kernel, you will still be able to save the notebook, but running code will no longer work until the notebook is reopened.

Je reçois ceci dans le terminal après avoir ouvert un bloc-notes jupyter:

En effet, il n'y a pas de /Users/cr517/anaconda/envs/snakes/bin/python, mais pourquoi Jupyter Notebook essaie-t-il de l'utiliser? J'ai un Python qui fonctionne bien ici:

jupyter notebook ouvre mon répertoire dans un navigateur Web mais ne crée pas de nouveau bloc-notes.

J'ai tapé python --version dans le terminal et j'ai obtenu:

Vous pouvez le vérifier avec conda list ipython

 conda list ipython

Vous pouvez simplement essayer ceci:

jupyter --version

  • C’est définitivement un problème de chemin: vous avez votre chemin d’interprète python anacondda dans /Users/cr517/anaconda/bin/python 
  • Mais votre jupyter pointe sur /Users/cr517/.local/bin/jupyter mais il aurait dû pointer sur /Users/cr517/anaconda/bin/jupyter 
  • Exécutez la commande suivante gedit /Users/cr517/anaconda/bin/jupyter 
  • Vérifiez la première ligne du fichier ouvert qui contiendra le chemin codé en dur de jupyter et vérifiez si le chemin dans le fichier est correct ou non. 
  • Si le chemin n'est pas /Users/cr517/anaconda/bin/jupyter, rendez-le /Users/cr517/anaconda/bin/jupyter 
  • Mais le problème risque de ne pas être résolu ici car il existe d’autres fichiers jupyter si vous utilisez ls *jupyter*, beaucoup de ces fichiers ont un chemin codé en dur qui peut être erroné, ce qui peut expliquer l’ouverture du fichier ipynb mais la création de la cellule.
  • C’est trop de travail à faire ... pour changer manuellement le chemin de chaque fichier
  • Il suffit de réinstaller anaconda et votre problème sera résolu 
  • Si vous réinstallez, exécutez ce bash Anaconda....sh -b -p "Users/cr517/anaconda"
