ImportError: Aucun module nommé dateutil.parser

Je reçois le message d'erreur suivant lors de l'importation de pandas dans un programme Python

Sous Ubuntu, vous devrez peut-être d'abord installer le gestionnaire de paquets pip:

Sudo apt-get install python-pip

Puis installez le package python-dateutil avec:

Sudo pip install python-dateutil

Vous pouvez trouver le paquet dateutil à l’adresse https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-dateutil . Extrayez-le quelque part et lancez la commande:

python setup.py install

Aucune des solutions n'a fonctionné pour moi. Si vous utilisez PIP, faites: 

pip install pycrypto==2.6.1
