Impossible d'installer OpenCV Python3.8
Quand j'exécute cette commande:
pip3 install opencv-python
Je reçois l'erreur suivante:

Idem quand j'ai essayé d'installer Ecapture, j'utilise la dernière version python version
Utilisez Python 3.7.6 C'est la version la plus stable. Il y a beaucoup de choses qui n'installent pas sur 3,8.
vous devez installer SBUILD via PIP. Vous pouvez suivre la commande ci-dessous. Cela a fonctionné sur mon PC.
python3 -m pip install scikit-build
