Impossible d'installer IE 10 sur le tout nouveau Windows 7

J'ai acheté un nouvel Alienware et ils ne fourniront aucune assistance pour Windows Update (pourquoi devraient-ils vraiment?). Je vais essayer de lancer la mise à jour IE 10 comme suit:

J'ai eu exactement la même erreur. 6 heures plus tard, je peux enfin installer IE 10. Il se trouve que certains packages téléchargés sont corrompus et que IE 10 ne peut pas être installé. pkgmgr.exe est un utilitaire permettant de gérer ces packages.

C'est ce que vous devez faire. (non documenté n'importe où bien sûr) Exécutez une fenêtre DOS COMMAND (CMD) en tant qu'administrateur et tapez les commandes suivantes:

pkgmgr /UP:Microsoft-Windows-IE-Hyphenation-Parent-Package-English~31bf3856ad364e35~~~10.2.9200.16437

Et vous allez l'exécuter sur toutes les versions que vous trouverez inférieures à celle que vous essayez d'installer (d'après ce que je vois " 10.2.9200.16437 ") et que vous trouvez ici C:\Windows\servicing\Packages . Ce sont les fichiers qui sont principalement à l'origine du problème. Par exemple:

pkgmgr /UP:pkgmgr /up:Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Package-TopLevel~31bf3856ad364e35~AMD64~~8.0.7601.17514

Vous voudriez remplacer 8.0.7601.17514 par tout nom de fichier trouvé sur les packages dossier que j'ai mentionné ci-dessus.

J'ai suivi les instructions de Jose Ortiz et je suis parvenu à me débarrasser du code d'échec de mise à niveau IE10 9c59. Cependant, une correction a été apportée aux instructions de Jose. C:\Windows\servicing\Packages mais également ceux de la version 10 supérieure. alors la mise à niveau d'IE10 devient réussie

également un effet secondaire à partager, une fois que j'ai désinstallé les versions inférieures de Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Package-TopLevel ~, on m'a demandé de redémarrer le système, après que mon IE9 soit passé à IE8. puis j'ai décidé de supprimer également les versions supérieures de Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Package-TopLevel ~, essayez l'installation d'IE10 une fois de plus, puis c'est réussi

Après avoir lu les réponses et les commentaires très utiles de @ jose-ortiz, j’ai fait ce qui suit lorsque je ne pouvais pas passer de IE 10 à 11 sur une machine Windows 7 x64 sur laquelle je travaillais. Je pense que ces étapes peuvent également aider quelqu'un d'autre, qu'il s'agisse de mettre à jour IE10 ou IE11, je les poste donc:

  1. Exécutez ce qui suit:

  6. Installez IE11 à l'aide du programme d'installation hors connexion. Google "IE 11 Offline Installer" pour ce téléchargement.

J'ai passé plus d'une journée à essayer de résoudre l'erreur Code 9C59 que je n'arrivais pas à obtenir en essayant de mettre à niveau IE 9 à 10 sur un système Windows 7. La publication de Jose Ortiz m'a enfin permis de résoudre le problème avec la commande pkgmgr. Pour l'ordinateur portable sur lequel j'ai rencontré le problème, les commandes suivantes ont corrigé le problème, ce qui m'a permis de mener à bien la mise à niveau:

J'ai essayé beaucoup d'autres suggestions que j'ai trouvées ailleurs avant de pouvoir enfin résoudre le problème avec la solution trouvée ici. J'ai posté tous les messages d'erreur que j'ai trouvés dans les fichiers journaux, tels que le CheckSUR.log et le journal des événements système Windows, pour ceux qui ont également pu trouver des problèmes signalés. avec des fichiers d’orthographe et de césure dans le fichier CheckSUR.log après avoir exécuté l’outil de préparation des mises à jour du système.

J'ai eu la même erreur. J'utilisais IE8 (nouvelle installation), j'ai essayé de mettre à jour et cela a échoué. J'ai essayé de mettre à jour à IE 9 (avec succès). Puis tenté de mettre à jour IE11 même erreur.

Recherche dans le fichier journal c:\Windows\IE11_main.log J'ai trouvé ceci ... Code de sortie de l'installation: 0x00009C59 (40025) - L'installation de la cabine neutre a échoué.

Exécuter individuellement chacun des prérequis pour IE11 a fonctionné pour moi, il y en a 6 et cela m'a pris environ 10 minutes .....
