Impossible d'installer HP Deskjet 2540 à Ubuntu 18.04

J'ai installé hplip et hplip-data. Ensuite, j'ai commencé l'interface graphique Hplip Toolbox. Je clique sur Ajouter une imprimante, puis je reçois un message (voir photo) que le fichier PPD est introuvable. Lorsque je clique sur Parcourir, je trouve un fichier .gz et aucun d'entre eux ne résout le problème s'il est sélectionné.

Après - ce post , j'ai fait:

  1. Sudo apt-get install hplip-gui
  2. hp-setup

Je reçois une interface graphique pour HP Device Manager. Mon imprimante est connectée par USB. Donc je sélectionne [~ # ~] USB [~ # ~] alors Next. Ensuite, je passe à une autre page avec title Sélectionnez depuis le périphérique découverte, qui montre mon imprimante répertoriée. Je clique sur mon imprimante et Next. Ensuite, je reçois cela dans le terminal.

Il devrait simplement fonctionner sans fichier PPD. Il n'est pas déclaré dans /usr/share/hplip/data/models/models.dat Même dans le dernier HPLIP 3.19.3.

Donc, vous devez installer toutes les choses HPLIP avec

Sudo apt-get install hplip-gui hpijs-ppds

puis suivez hp-setup magicien.

Si hp-setup échoue, puis essayez d'installer tous les pilotes d'imprimante connus avec

Sudo apt-get install printer-driver-all

et utilise system-config-printer.
